How we make every project a real success

Garden arrangement and landscaping requires planning and know-how. Here are some steps to guarantee the success of all our projects:

First meeting

At our first meeting, we establish with you the area to be landscaped and the use of the land. This is also when you mention your preferences (trees, shrubs, perennials, flowers and favourite colours) and tell us about your dream space (how you see it and what you will do there).

At Edelweiss, like you, we do not like surprises. This is why a cost estimate will also be determined to establish from the start if your project is possible in view of the available budget.

Preliminary work plan and costs

Following our first meeting and in light of the information collected, a preliminary work plan is prepared and costs related to the different operations required are determined. If all is considered satisfactory, a mutual agreement is signed and a deposit is required to start the project.

Detailed work plan

And they're off! At this stage, you meet with our landscaping architect who will take measurements and notes to prepare a detailed architectural plan of the work to be done. This plan is essential to any project, since it will be used as a benchmark for workers and will ensure that final results are in conformity with the initial plan.

A copy of the architectural plan will be given to you, together with a complete list of the work to be done and necessary materials, as well as the overall cost of your project.

The actual work

We understand that certain outdoor work might inconvenience your neighbours. So in order to keep cordial relationships with them, our first job will be to visit each of them ourselves to explain the reasons and time of our work. They will be assured that they can reach us at any time if they deem necessary. After all, by embellishing your property, the whole neighbourhood increases in value.

Our employees are skilful, courteous and efficient at their work. Each of them knows in advance the tasks he must perform. The onsite project manager will keep you informed of the day-by-day work progress and will answer all of your questions.

Final clean-up

When work is complete, we take special care in leaving the site in a "ready-to-use" state. Garbage is picked up and the area is swept. The only thing left for you to do is to call your friends and fire-up the BBQ!
