Owner Patrick Eldermann is of Swiss origin and brings with him his professional skills and mastery of traditional stone-cutting techniques. His broad experience in dry or rubble stone, like paving or flagging with natural or artificial cobbles is also part of his numerous talents.
Edelweiss also has expertise in engineering projects such as concrete work, brick laying or restoration and rough-casting.
